Trains of thoughts just went rushing into my mind...

Finally I completed my BSTATS test today and its like OH MAN...it’s just 4 qns and i turned my notes last night to rotten pieces. just hoping that i would get good grades this time round huh... =D

Trained to city hall raffles city to meet up my ministry peeps for dinner at sushi tei. (Are they peeps to me??) hahas...because pris and I were the only teens among the majority BBG peeps. Kinda awkward but anyway, really enjoyed myself. Apart from all the delicacies, which was obviously a sumptuous dinner i had with them, we had also a time of sharing bout the vision of the ministry. Scholastic, Mature, Articulate, Responsible, Thinking = SMART tuition programme. We believe that all our kids will turn out to be pillars of the society when they learn and grow together with this big family.

Friends, i would like to throw u a question. Wat is success to you?? Is it just measured by dollars and cents or something more?? The saying goes - a man without vision is without a future. Is your vision added with time frame, purpose, and cost?? Have you specifically identified it and what expectations you would give yourself to attain it?? And if you were to count your number of days left on earth, oh man, do something to your life now. By graduating with a recognised cert, it determines your starting pay, your starting position, your cutting edge above all. The passport to promotion is in EXCELLENCE and PROBLEM-SOLVING. I would never want to pass my life without fulfilment. Never. Before you would come out with a problem, always back it up with a solution in mind.

A scenario of a kid from a single-parent family background has a heart for the family to prosper and be happy. What is the little part that we could do?? Ruth saw this average young boy last Saturday with a heavily sat eye bag... it is so hard to find one young boy with both dark eye rings sitting so heavily that no adults could. Keeping it in mind, he still has 2 other younger siblings waiting to be fed by their mum. He was actually waiting for his mum to return home before he could turn in to bed. He stood up the whole night waiting at the void deck and the mother only got home just in time to send her kids for tuition in church b4 returning home to rest. Look into the heart of this young boy, and if we could ease the financial burden of the family by just a 300$ monthly allowance, we could follow this boy up and in turn bless the family and community back with this little blessing we have for him in the long run. Never belittle your little.

I guess, my given talent is the heart for kids. It is just so amazing that i have no problems with kids. I just love them for who they are. Innocent, naive, pure, thoughtful, obedient, noisy, active, quiet- just so you can name. I am enjoying myself in this ministry and learnt alot! One of which is to be liberal with praises. Kids do get attention when you praise them. Just a “good job” from you, it will lift the kids confidence and self esteem higher. So why not?? I also learnt to be patient! Whooo~ i used to throw temper whenever i dun get what i want and looking at it, if someone were to do the same, it could be nerve racking to save the situation. Hahas... always use the Chinese word- ren. Triggering the creative side of mine, i enjoy playing with kids and showing them pictures, books, and samples. You can just play a game with your own rules n logic, the kids just gets HIGH with you. Hahahaha...It is so fun to be with kids!

thoughts: are you in a minstry for the sake that God has called you to serve and here you are saying " just use me" or you really have a passion and heart to serve. if you are called for it, you will be given a double protion of anoiting and covering so that you will walk through and conquer..dun stagnate for too long before you start moving on.

He'd play with my hair all the time & suprise me with little things.
Somone who i could share my lollipops with & lay on a blanket with to count the stars.
more of a mummy boy than bad boy! would like him to be close to his mum then those who thinks are too-cool-for-school.
i got to 'get' him and he got to 'get' me.
But mostly, someonewho will be my best friend & would never break my heart.
He'd just always make me SMILE.
A boy, like no other & he's special.
